Acting Classes

Safe Space - Authenticity - Presence

Acting begins with allowing yourself to truly show up — not as a role, but as you are in the moment. The work focuses on presence, honest reactions and trusting your own impulses rather than “performing” something outside of yourself. Through a combination of improvisation, body awareness, and partner work, you gradually build a deeper connection to your instincts. Instead of thinking about what to do next, you learn to listen, respond, and stay with what is actually happening.

Inspired in part by the Sanford Meisner Technique, the journey centres around authentic exchange, emotional truth, and real connection between scene partners. Whether in ongoing classes or group formats, each session is shaped around the people in the room — their energy, their experience, and their curiosity.

Theatre Education

Empowerment - Improvisation - Reflection

Theatre education creates a dynamic space where movement, imagination, and reflection come together. It’s not just about learning how to act — it’s about discovering new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others.
Using collaborative scenes, creative exercises, and guided exploration, participants experience what it means to step into different perspectives. They begin to understand themselves more clearly while also developing empathy and awareness for those around them.

The approach encourages independence, responsibility, and creative courage. It supports communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a sense of belonging within a group — all through playful yet meaningful experiences that stay with them far beyond the stage.

Theatre Directing

Artistic Vision - Staging - Performance

Group of six young people acting or rehearsing on a stage, with various expressive poses, some kneeling or sitting, and a whiteboard and black curtains in the background.

Directing is about shaping an idea into something alive and tangible. From the first spark of inspiration to the final performance, the process unfolds step by step — always in collaboration with the people involved.

Together, we develop characters, explore relationships, and build scenes that feel clear, grounded, and engaging. The rehearsal space becomes a place of trust, structure, and creative freedom, where every contribution matters.

Whether working in schools, theatres, or independent productions, the approach adapts to each project individually. The goal is always to create work that feels honest, connected, and fully present — something that resonates both for the performers and the audience.

Theatre Camps

Holiday Camps - Creativity - Teamwork

Theatre camps offer an immersive experience where creativity, play, and teamwork come together over the course of a week. In a short time, a group of individuals becomes an ensemble, working towards a shared performance. Participants explore characters, build scenes, and experiment with storytelling through rehearsals, improvisation, and creative exercises. Alongside structured work, there is space for games, spontaneity, and moments of lightness that make the work enjoyable and alive.

By the end of the week, the group presents what they’ve created — not just as a finished piece, but as the result of collaboration, courage, and shared experience. It’s a process that builds confidence, strengthens connection, and leaves a lasting impression.

Private Coaching

Individually - Personal Expression - Online

Sometimes, growth happens best in a more personal setting. One-to-one coaching offers a focused space where you can explore your acting in a way that is fully tailored to you.
Whether you’re new to acting or already experienced, the sessions meet you where you are. Together, we work on presence, expression, and developing a deeper connection to your own way of working.

Depending on your goals, this can include scene work, character exploration, or preparation for auditions and applications. The training is flexible, supportive, and designed to help you move forward with clarity and confidence — at your own pace.

Teambuilding

Companies - Communication - Tailored Formats

Team-building through acting creates a space where people can meet beyond roles and expectations. It’s about real interaction — listening, responding, and connecting in the moment.

With playful exercises, improvisation, and shared experiences, participants step out of patterns and engage with one another in a more open and direct way. The focus is not on performance, but on communication, awareness, and trust.

These processes naturally strengthen collaboration, encourage empathy, and reveal new ways of working together. In a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, barriers soften, and genuine connection has room to grow.
